We currently ship USA-wide.

All orders over $35 qualify for free shipping.

RETURNS

All of our candles are carefully hand-poured in small batches to assure temperature control for a richly fragranced, top performing candle.

Sculptural candles are handcrafted to order. 

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are Final.

 

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

 We replace items if they arrive damaged. 

inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email. There is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked as "ARRIVED" for a full refund or exchange to be considered. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please send us an email. We would love to hear about it to make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours.
