Economy (5-8 business days) - $4.95 or free for orders over $45

Standard (3-4 business days) - $6.90 or free for orders over $45

Express (1-3 business days) - $16.40

 

All orders will be shipped out the next business day.

Please note that we do not ship orders over the weekend or during national holidays.

 

REFUND POLICY

14-Day Return/Exchange Policy for Handmade Products

At 11:11 Ambience, we take pride in our handmade products, crafted with care and high-quality materials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return/exchange policy under the following conditions:

 

Returns

Eligibility: You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@1111ambience.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure they arrive safely.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

 

Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process: Similar to returns, please reach out to us with your order details. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping for Exchanges: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item. We will cover the shipping costs for sending out the exchanged item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale

 

Damaged/Lost in transit 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
